Hi,
You posted to the forum about having adsense on your blog. Here’s the link that you did not find in the FAQs http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/
No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. The only exception is VIP hosted blogs ($600 to set up and $300 hosting per month). If you want a monetized blog wordpress.com is not the place for you.
